We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Popular rentals like our water slides and combo bouncers tend to book up fast during spring and summer. The sooner you reserve, the better your chances of getting your first-choice rental.

Bounce houses can be set up on grass, dirt, or concrete. Grass is ideal. We use stakes on grass and dirt surfaces, and sandbags for concrete or asphalt. We'll need a flat area with enough clearance and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet.

Absolutely. Every bounce house and water slide is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for your kids and guests.

We still deliver during rain — your event goes on! However, if you'd prefer not to proceed, we do not offer refunds but we do offer rescheduling and rain checks so you can move your rental to another date. Please note that we will cancel rentals in the case of high winds for safety reasons, and a reschedule or rain check will be provided.

Just make sure there's a clear, flat area for the inflatable and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet. We bring everything else needed for setup. An adult should be present during delivery and pickup.
